What is JUST-SHOP?

JUST-SHOP is an exciting loyalty program exclusive to Just Jeans stores in Australia. If you like the idea of being treated like a VIP (exclusive offers, the chance to win fab prizes, great privileges) then this is the program for you... Find out more about JUST-SHOP.

Who is eligible to join?

As long as you love to shop at Just Jeans then this is the program for you! Employees of Just Jeans, its related companies, its data processing and advertising agents and Visible Results Australia Pty Ltd are not eligible to join JUST-SHOP. For more details please refer to the JUST-SHOP Membership Terms and Conditions.

How do I join the new JUST-SHOP loyalty Program?

Come into any participating Just Jeans store and ask one of our friendly staff how to join. They'll give you a form to fill out and once you've done that, simply pay $5 to receive your membership card on the spot.

Which Just Jeans stores participate in the JUST-SHOP program?

All Just Jeans stores in Australia.

How many points do I get with each purchase?

You will earn 1 point for every $1 spent in any participating Just Jeans stores (excluding service fees such as alterations).

What items can I earn points on?

Points can be earned on all Just Jeans merchandise including sale items. For exclusions please refer to Clause 12 of the JUST-SHOP Membership Terms and Conditions.

How can I find out how many points I have?

Your voucher points will reprint on your card every time you shop! Your status points are available by emailing our JUST-SHOP Customer Service or by phoning 1800 032 508.

Do I get points for lay-bys?

Points will be awarded on the final payment of the lay-by, or if you wish to pay off one garment in a lay-by consisting of multiple garments then points will be awarded on the final payment of that garment.

What happens to my points balance if I make returns/exchanges?

Your JUST-SHOP card will need to be presented every time you make a purchase at a participating Just Jeans store. At the time of refunding, points will be deducted from your voucher points total.

What happens if I lose my JUST-SHOP Vouchers?

We require you to present your JUST-SHOP voucher in order to redeem it. Unfortunately, if you lose your JUST-SHOP voucher, it will not be replaced.

Can I use my JUST-SHOP card for on-line purchases?

All Just-Shop members automatically receive a 5% discount on every purchase made through our on-line store. To be eligible for the discount please ensure you give us your Just-Shop card number upon registration. If you are already a Just Jeans on-line member simply Update your Details on the Just Jeans website and add in your Just Shop card number including the "S" located on the back of the card.

Please note: Just-Shop promotions, instant prizes and points are not applicable at the moment through our on-line store.

How does the tiering system work?

There are four different tiers - Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. As you achieve a higher status level, we will reward you with even better privileges.

The tiering system is based on your dollar spend within a 12 month period.

How will I be informed of new prizes/promotions?

You can go into any of our participating Just Jeans stores and our friendly staff will explain the new prizes or promotions to you. In addition, if you provide us with your email address when you enrol we will send monthly email newsletters to update you on all the exciting offers and promotions.

How do I get a new JUST-SHOP card if it is lost or damaged.

If you lose your JUST-SHOP card, it is stolen, or damaged so that you cannot read the face of the card, you can apply for a replacement card at any participating Just Jeans store. To apply in store please ensure you bring your JUST-SHOP card with you if it is damaged. Please make sure your details are correct and up to date so that we can send the replacement card to you. You can request a replacement via Email or by calling us on 1800 032 508 with your first and last name, email address (provided on your application form), birthday, telephone number, and if you have it, your JUST-SHOP customer number. We will mail you a replacement card.

How can I update my personal JUST-SHOP membership details?

You can change your details online, or by filling out a form in any of our participating Just Jeans stores.
